If you’re looking to expand your repertoire of flavours, then you’re going to love this class!
We create these four dishes from scratch and end the evening by feasting and enjoying these gorgeous flavours.
We’re going to make Okonomiyaki which is a Savoury Japanese Pancake with the 2 sauces that get drizzled over the top.
We’re also going to make Pork Dumplings from scratch and the dipping sauce that goes with it. It’s easier than you might think and perfect for entertaining. We’re also making a Chicken Katsu Don, a delicious Curry Sauce to serve over Chicken.
Carrot and Ginger Miso Soup, such a great starter or appetiser this comes together quickly and is very healthy!
Last but not least, we’re going to make these gorgeous Japanese Pancakes using a special technique to get them super fluffy, light and so tall! That’s our dessert!
To end the evening we’re going to enjoy these beautiful dishes and you get to take home any left overs that there might be.
By the end of the class you’ll leave with the confidence to create meals when you get home.
