A Lebanese Feast – Cooking Class

Calling all food lovers! If you love cooking and enjoying food from around the world then you are going to really enjoy A Lebanese Feast.
Imagine deciding on Lebanese food for dinner and being able to whip it up in no time!
We’re going to create that delicious, mouth watering Chicken Shawarma from Scratch, using handy hints and flavour combinations that just zing!
We’re going to make the classic Baba Ganoush and the Vibrant Fattoush Salad.
We’re also going to make the flat breads to go with this feast.
To make our feast complete, we’ll make Shaabiyat, a classic and moorish dessert using filo pastry and all the Lebanese accompaniments.
This incredible feast will all happen within 4 hours and the best part is the eating at the end.

In a normal home kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience. Please allow an extra 10 mins travel time from the centre of Mount Gambier.
We pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, spirit of fun and love of cooking, especially the eating of delicious food with friends old and new after each class.
Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, freshly made morning tea, tea and proper coffee and their own apron to wear for the duration of the class, equipment, and ingredients to create the dishes learnt in class.
