A Moroccan Feast – Cooking Class
January 14 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
If you’d love to learn how to create delicious Moroccan dishes to expand your cooking repertoire then you are going to love this class.
We’re going to make A Moroccan Lamb Tagine with Preserved Lemon, Warm Cous Cous Salad, A Tangy Spiced Chickpea Dish & Msemen Bread. We’re also going to make Preserved lemon from scratch for you to take home.
We’re also going to make a gorgeous Dessert of Honey and Almond Cigars, made with Filo pastry and all the good Moroccan spices.
There’s lots of hints and tips on how to take your family to another country with this delicious cuisine.
This is hands on fun and mess and best of all is the feast that we devour at the end.
I also email you the recipes from the day so you can have a reminder of all the things that we’ve learnt.
