A Vietnamese Feast – Cooking Class

If you’re a food lover looking for adventure, then you’re going to really sink your teeth into this class. You get a hands on experience and learn to make three incredibly delicious Vietnamese dishes.
Imagine deciding on Vietnamese food for dinner and being able to whip it up yourself in no time.
By the end of this class, you’ll be enjoying my simple methods of cooking that can bring an incredible meal to the table in no time.
We’re going to make Bao Buns from scratch and to complete this dish we’ll make Crispy Chicken, a zingy slaw and a Spicy Sauce to complete the dish.
We’re also going to make the most popular and heartwarming soup called Pho (pronounced Fur) It’s a beef stock based dish with all the condiments to make your taste buds sing.
Lastly we’re also going to have fun making Vietnamese Cold Spring Rolls. I’ve got some tips to make these easily and we’ll work on the flavour combinations and the aesthetics of how to put them together.
This incredible feast will all happen within 3 hours and the best part is the eating at the end. I can’t wait to share these cooking methods with you.
