In this class, you’ll learn some fantastic fresh cheeses to make at home.
Learn how to make ricotta from scratch, then make it into sweet and savoury dishes, then why not learn how to make labneh? Another specialty that looks sensational in a jar with Olive Oil. Cream cheese is next with the rich and creamy cheese, being quite simple to make. (Of course we turn it into cheesecake for our dessert) then finish it off by learning how to make paneer. Paneer is an Indian cheese that we can also make and we make it and turn it into mutter paneer which is a favourite dish.
Have you thought about making butter? We make butter in this class which we turn into a couple of different compound butters to expand our repertoire, like cowboy butter & vegemite butter.
Come and learn about these delicious fresh cheeses. Best part is you get to eat them all! As part of the class, we incorporate them into a table of food for our lunch, fit for kings!
