Transform a boring Tuesday Night into an Epic Burger Night at The Post and Rail.

In this delicious class we are going to create 3 amazing burgers, Shoe String Fries and Chex Potatoes.

I can’t wait to share the Buttermilk Southern Fried Chicken Recipe and method, and we’re going to put this in a burger with Mango and Chipotle Aioli and Seasonal Salad.

The second one I’m crazy about is a Pulled Lamb in Ale Burger, we make an Ale Caramelised Onion Sauce to die for and we pair it with an aged Haloumi and a zingy carrot slaw. This is epic! It’s going to go in Beetroot Brioche.

The third burger is a Philly Cheesesteak of epicness! Aged Scotch Fillet Steak, cut into strips, cooked on the BBQ with onions and served with melted Provelone Cheese which stretches perfectly, served in a garlic bread. My final touch with this one is a quick pickled cucumber that just cuts through the richness in all the right ways.

You may want to wear stretchy pants to this class.

Our evening culminates in a full king like feast of all the things we made on the evening.
