What could be more fun than learning some great tips for making Ice Cream and Gelato?

Sunday 28th Feb 2021 – 10am – 2pm

In this class we are going to make a base Ice Cream that we can take to many flavours. We’ll learn tips on how to keep it from going icy and what flavours to put together.

We’ll make 3 different Ice Creams and even the Vanilla Waffle Cones from scratch.

We can choose from Dark Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Espresso, Boysenberry, Honeycomb, Lemon Curd, Burnt Fig & Almond.

At the end of the class we’ll enjoy a Seasonal Ploughman’s Lunch which is followed by the delicious Ice Creams and Gelato that we’ve made on the day.

  • Morning Tea / Devonshire Tea with Freshly baked Gluten Free Scones with Jam and Cream

Every guest receives a warm welcome, Devonshire Scones just out of the oven, Tea or proper Coffee to start the day.

Please allow an extra 10 mins travel time from the centre of Mount Gambier.
