Master the Art of Fresh Pasta and Gnocchi

If you’ve ever wanted to make delicious fresh pasta from scratch, you are going to enjoy this class. We make Beetroot Pasta Tagliatelle with Walnuts, Burnished Mushroom and Creamy Fetta crumbled on top.
We make Smoked Trout Ravioli that we veneer herbs into the pasta before we stuff the little pillows with a delicious Smoked Trout and Cream Cheese Filling. We serve it with a Creamy Lemon Caper Sauce.
We also make a classic Carbonara, a creamy bacon Sauce with silky smooth pasta, but without the cream.
Finally we are going to make the fluffiest and most delicious Gnocchi.
This is hands on fun and mess and best of all is the feast that we devour at the end.
