If you’ve ever wanted to really make the most of herbs and incorporate them into your repertoire, you are going to love this class.

We are going to propagate some herbs, sow them from seed for you to take home and explore all the different ways you can grow them easily.

We’re also going to make them into delicious dishes and take your herb culinary skills to the next level. Have you ever make Chimichurri from scratch or a really really good pesto? We are going to make them on the day as well as a Botanical Herb Focaccia that is as delicious as it is stunning. We’re also going to make my favourite herb vinegar, and fresh pasta from scratch using herbs. If that wasn’t enough fun, we’re going to make a rustic herb drying rack and cut some herbs to dry. This not only looks gorgeous but is functional.

The best part is we eat all the delicious things we’ve made on the day and you can take home any left overs, plus your new plants and dried herbs and hanger.
