If you’ve ever wondered if scrolls were hard to make or thought they might be too fiddly, then you are going to love this class.

It’s just one recipe but the variations are endless, not to mention delicious!

I don’t know many people who can walk past a freshly baked Cinnamon Scroll. This is what we start with in the class. The classic is a classic for a reason. This is the base recipe and we work on this first.

Next we will choose from some delicious combinations that we can make on the day. We’ll aim for 4 different Scrolls.

We will talk about flavours like Coffee and Walnut scrolls, or how about Raspberry and White Chocolate? Perhaps Herb, Spinach and 3 Cheese sound good? Or my favourite Beetroot, Mint, Walnut & Fetta scroll. What about a Pesto and Mediterranean Antipasto scroll? Or a Pancetta, Caramelised Onion and Smoked Cheddar scroll? We are going to take these to the next level!

We will end the class dining on these delicious scrolls that we’ve just created with any leftovers to take home.

I will also email you the recipes from the day so you can have a reminder of all the things that we’ve learnt.
