Join me in this 4-hour hands-on class, where we learn all about Sour Dough Bread and how to incorporate it into our lives easier. Learn how simple it is to make Sour Dough and keep your starter alive.
We make a loaf to take home and bake and you get to take some of my Sour Dough Starter home with you so you can be on your homemade Sour Dough straight away.
This dough is so versatile that I want to share with you how you can turn it into Naan & turn the Naan into Pizzas as part of our lunch.
If that wasn’t enough, we even learn how to turn this one recipe for the dough, into crackers and fresh pasta. Honestly, it’s a game-changer to be able to make all of these things with just one recipe. I can’t wait to share it with you!
We enjoy all of these things over a delicious lunch to end our day. You get to take home some starter, a Loaf to bake and the confidence to keep making Sour Dough for the future.

The Post and Rail is a Cooking & Gardening School located at 7 Bill James Court Compton, on a 5 picturesque acre property. In a normal home kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience. Please allow an extra 10 mins travel time from the centre of Mount Gambier.

Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, freshly baked morning tea, just out of the oven, Tea or proper Coffee and their own apron to wear for the duration of the class, equipment, and ingredients to create the dishes learnt in class.
