If you’ve ever wanted to take your cooking to the next level, the secret is in the sauces. Nothing compares to the flavours of a home made sauce and I have some brilliant recipes and methods to share.

Having these sauces under your belt with exponentially expand your quality of cooking. It’s basically taking it to the next level.

Worcestershire Sauce, Aioli, Mustard, Hollandaise, Roasted Capsicum and Chilli Jam, and last but not least a cracking Salted Caramel recipe and if that wasn’t enough. We are going to make a Thai Green Curry by making our own paste.

These are all made from scratch and once you try them, you’ll never go back. They are simple to make, delicious and can be used in so many dishes. This really is the secret.

Our day culminates in a platter lunch that showcases all the lovely things we make on the day. We eat like kings and you also get to take home some of these delicious sauces.
