If you’ve ever wanted to make fresh pasta from scratch and learn the trick to light and fluffy Gnocchi, then you are going to love this class!

In class we are going to make Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli from scratch, including Ricotta from Scratch. We’re going to veneer some fresh herbs into the pasta for a real show stopper.

We’ll also make a Garlic Prawn Spaghetti with a Dill Pesto that is a perfect light meal with a lot of zing.

Gnocchi is a favourite of mine and I have a secret to making them the light and fluffy clouds that they are meant to be and I can’t wait to share this with you.

Have you heard of dessert Ravioli? This is something I came up with that is a bit like an apple pie and doughnut and we’re going to make this to end our feast!
