You don’t even have to be a vegetarian to enjoy this class. This class puts Vegetables as the hero.

Lentil & Chick Pea Burger is a combination of flavours to make, not just a delicious patty, but also the accompaniments. From the Beetroot & Balsamic Chutney to the Chipotle Aioli.
My favourite Polenta Dish is the Parmesan Polenta with Burnished Mushroom and we even make the quick Vino Cotto that adorns the final dish.
Have you ever made a Curry Paste from scratch? We make 2 different curries from scratch and learn how to easily get symphonies of flavour going together.
– Lunch is provided
-Morning Tea / Devonshire Tea with Freshly baked Gluten Free Scones with Jam and Cream
Every guest receives a warm welcome, Devonshire Scones just out of the oven, Tea or proper Coffee to start the day.
