We are very excited to be presenting three vintages of our méthode traditionelle Rymill Coonawarra Sparkling alongside the absolute best of the Southern Ocean.
Shannon and Lewis have chosen vintages 2012 and 2014 to disgorge and present to you. This is a unique opportunity to taste perfectly aged-on-lees sparkling wine.
To complement these beautiful wines, we have joined forces with Kirby Shearing and Wallace Wong. Chefs Kirby and Wallace worked together in the world-famous Noma restaurant in Copenhagen.
Wallace has appeared on Top Chef Canada where he finished 3rd overall, and on Chopped Canada, where he was crowned champion.
Kirby and Wallace will be presenting the best produce from the Limestone Coast’s Southern Ocean, in a fun and approachable street food style under lights on the Rymill Coonawarra lawns.
