Paint a black cockatoo with Limestone Coast artist, Julia Reader at the Apple Farm. All materials included.

This workshop has come in response to many personal messages that I received during my Bird-A-Day-In-May series. The message was loud and clear – you want to learn how to paint birds! YES!

Join me at The Apple Farm on Saturday 17 July, from 9am-12pm, as we paint a watercolour black cockatoo. Over three hours we will learn the basics of watercolour and then use this to paint our cocky.

This workshop will be slow-paced, allowing us to cover the basics of watercolour technique and discover the materials we will use. We will then move into working on our cockatoo in a step-by-step manner. I’ve organised all the materials – all you have to do is make the decision to come along. Simple!

TICKETS

There are two types of ticket on offer. Both tickets include the workshop fee and all materials for the workshop . The only difference between the two ticket types is that the second option includes a watercolour kit that you can take with you on the day. You can choose to use this at the workshop.

General Admission + Watercolour Kit – $190 per person

This workshop is a slow-paced event that will allow you time to integrate your learnings within your cockatoo painting. I am at your disposal to fill you with as much knowledge as you can retain. The main aim of this workshop is to provide a space to learn something new in whatever capacity you choose without rushing. We will have time in between our painting to sit & chat (usually whilst our paint is drying)!
