Get ready Mt Gambier as the Beer & BBQ Festival is rolling into town, heading to South Australia’s Limestone Coast for the inaugural South East Beer & BBQ Festival!

THE BEER: SEBBF is bringing the best brewers to Mt Gambier, including Adelaide favorites Pirate Life Brewing, Big Shed Brewing, and Mismatch Brewing Company, along with cutting-edge interstate brewers Bracket Brewing and The Mill Brewery. Plus Limestone Coast’s finest, including Woolstore Brewery, Loophole Brewing Co., and Little Rippa Brewing Co, all making their debut. Stay tuned for three lineup drops, and yes, there will be plenty of ‘not-beer’ options too!
THE BBQ: Prepare your taste buds for an epic BBQ lineup curated by Alana Brabin (Big Bad Wolf Catering) and local chef Kirby Shearing (Elementary by Soul Co). Featuring classic USA low and slow by Melbourne legends Burn City Smokers, newcomers Smokey Uppercuts from Whyalla, and Mt Gambier’s own Lumberjack Bbq. Special collaborations including a rock star collab between Pirate Life Brewing Kitchen’s Rocky Oliveria and the team behind Australia’s best beef Mayura Station, Filipino fire by HOY PINOY, and Adelaide’s best fried chicken by Cheekies Hot Chicken – it’ll be a bloody feast! More surprises from Limestone Coast locals are yet to be revealed, including vegetarian and vegan BBQ.
THE MUSIC: SEBBF is stoked to announce a stellar lineup! Headlining on Saturday, March 9th, The Smith Street Band, Bad//Dreems, The Pretty Littles, Blush & LOLA, and Sexy-As-Shit.Sunday brings ARIA Award winners Regurgitator, Magic Dirt Official, rising hip hop stars Dem Mob, electro talents Tonix, and local heroes Stokes. Hosted by the legendary Henry Wagons.
THE FESTIVAL: SEBBF is not just about BBQ, beer, and music – with BMX and skating demos, the ‘Southern Steak Showdown & Backyard BBQ Championships,’ panel talks with brewers and chefs, a hot dog eating contest, axe throwing, a tattoo parlor, markets, a silent disco, and the regional debut of the iconic Beer Bod Wet T-Shirt Competition!This is a weekend packed with FEST, FOOD, and FROTHIES!
