Take your Christmas baking up a notch in this brand new class. I can’t wait to share my recipes and tips with you in this immersive, fun and delicious day. Bring a friend, or come along on your own and enjoy this festive class with me. Sunday 18th December 10am – 2pm. $165 per person.

In this delicious class we’re going to make Rocky Road from scratch. Which can store for ages (but not at my house!) It’s customizable which is great and perfect to gift, or to keep!

We’re going to bake those beautiful jam cookies and we might as well make the jam from scratch too.. These are gorgeous and so much fun to make a big batch.

Macarons are a real show stopper and we can customise our fillings and make these gorgeous Christmas themed ones. I’m so excited for these.

Lastly, I can’t tell you how popular the Florentines were back at Amber Ridge in the day. These orange imbued cookies are moorish and delightful.

Best part of all is sharing a lunch, that is included and all the take home goodies from the day.

The Post and Rail is a Cooking, Gardening & Art School located at 7 Bill James Court Compton, on a 5 picturesque acre property.

In a normal home kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience. Please allow an extra 10 mins travel time from the centre of Mount Gambier.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, spirit of fun and love of cooking, especially the eating of delicious food with friends old and new after each class.

Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, their own apron to wear for the duration of the class, equipment, and ingredients to create the dishes learnt in class.
