Church Hill Walk – Walking Tour

Mount Gambier Library Story Walks are fun and informative guided walking tours in and around the heart of Mount Gambier, highlighting the stories of our historical buildings and people.
This Story Walk heads north from the Mount Gambier Library along Penola Road, to the top of Church Hill, and is a snapshot of the social history of our city. With pubs, nightclubs and churches, this tour takes a look at some of the city’s oldest and more modern past times.
The tour follows footpaths with a moderate incline. Total distance 1km. Participants will receive a free thermal mug to fill up with a hot drink for the walk with umbrellas available for use if needed.
