Calling all lovers of Christmas! Bring a friend or relative or come on your own and enjoy this day of baking all the Christmas treats. Perfect for gifting teachers, friends or loved ones during this festive season.
In this class we’re going to bake a deluxe cookie box, filled with gingerbread men, peanut brittle, fleur de sel Caramels and Christmas Yo Yo’s. You get to take this gift box home with you and of course you get all the recipes so you can keep baking them.
We’re also going to make Christmas Pudding in a jar using a preserving method. This keeps the pudding for months and is easy to make and absolutely delicious and rustic to eat it from the jar…… which is what we’re going to do! Of course we’ll have to make proper Brandy Custard to go with it.
Lunch is also supplied.
About The Post & Rail:
The Post and Rail is a Cooking, Gardening & Art School located at 7 Bill James Court Compton, on a 5 picturesque acre property. In a normal home kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience. Please allow an extra 10 mins travel time from the centre of Mount Gambier.
