If you love comfort food but don’t have the time to spend hours in the kitchen, then you’re going to love this class!

I’ll show you how to use the time-saving Pressure Cooker to create a variety of delectable dishes that you can have on the table in 30 minutes. Comfort food will no longer be confined to the weekends, bring on the mid-week luxury!

The modern Pressure Cooker is nothing like the time-bombs they used to be. They’re incredibly safe, and many have numerous functions like slow cooking, bread rising and yoghurt settings.
In this class we’re going to make a meltingly tender Pulled Pork from scratch in just 30 minutes! What a wonderful way to incorporate something warming and unctuous that you’d normally save for the weekends or special occasions into the mid-week meal. Next, we’ll make our own Curry Paste from scratch which we’ll then use to make a flavoursome, Lamb Curry. The amazing thing about this dish is the method – we cook both the Rice and the Curry in the Pressure Cooker at the same time. Just one pot, and 25 minutes. It’s a total game changer, and a fantastic way to enjoy a cut of meat that would otherwise take hours to cook.
The other thing I want to cook with you is a hearty and delicious Moroccan Bean dish, using dried beans cooked from scratch. I never think in advance to soak my dried beans the day before and then cook them for an hour. I usually open a tin of cooked beans which never taste as good as making them from scratch. By using the Pressure Cooker, it’s cooked in half an hour and because you control what liquid they get cooked in, you can really take something as boring as beans to the next level.
We end the class dining on these delicious meals we’ve just created with any leftovers to take home.
