A Greek Feast is like getting a warm, rib crushing hug, in a meal. If like me, you enjoy Greek Food and want to experience making some of the classic dishes that culminates in a feast at the end, then you’re really going to love this class.


Sunday 15th January 10am – 2pm $165 per person.

Spanokopita is one of my favourite dishes to entertain with. So simple to put together and so delicious! Great for feeding a crowd.

Dolmades is a wonderful Greek dish that I love to make when my vine leaves are ready. Such a great dish to serve at the table.

Mousaka is a classic that can really shine as a dish when you get the technique of cooking the eggplant right. I can’t wait to share this with you.

Lastly, we can’t forget dessert and of course it has to be Baklava. It’s epic, it’s classic and I love it.

About The Post & Rail:
The Post and Rail is a Cooking, Gardening & Art School located at 7 Bill James Court Compton, on a 5 picturesque acre property. In a normal home kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience. Please allow an extra 10 mins travel time from the centre of Mount Gambier. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, spirit of fun and love of cooking, especially the eating of delicious food with friends old and new after each class.
Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, freshly made morning tea, tea and proper coffee and their own apron to wear for the duration of the class, equipment, and ingredients to create the dishes learnt in class.
