Yep, that’s right! The Winter Artisan Market is back again in 2022.

Keeping with the spirit of celebrating our natural beauty, the Winter Artisan Market is a great way to experience this magical event. See how the local spirit of the city shines in our glorious winter. With stallholders filling the City Hall you can browse and buy handcrafted goods, from woodworking, crafts, jewellery, textiles, and more.

In addition to this, lining the front of the Library will be stallholders for the local Youth Market. Alongside these markets, talented local performers will be providing entertainment outside the Hall and the Library.

If you haven’t been down to the Cave Garden/Thugi to see the Digital Garden yet, Saturday’s market will be the perfect opportunity to do so.

The Winter Artisan Market is on the Saturday 13 August from 5:00pm – 9:00pm at the Cave Gardens/Thugi, City Hall, and the Mount Gambier Library.

Accessible Parking is available on Watson Terrace (Bay Road entrance).

Digital Garden

Presented by Illuminate Adelaide in partnership with the South Australian Tourism Commission, the Digital Garden has grown into the Cave Gardens/Thugi to create an illuminating integration of technology and nature in the heart of Mount Gambier.

The Digital Garden will be open every night from 6:00pm – 10:00pm from the 5 – 21 August.
